Tim Lei

Tim Lei, PhD, is currently an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Colorado Denver. Tim has 10+ years of experience in developing novel instrumentation and algorithms to facilitate new ways of studying the brain. He has published more than 40 papers and owns three patents in topics related to neural engineering. Tim is one of the co-founders of PopNeuron, and his research interests include bringing amazing new tools and software to the neuroscience community and enabling new methods for controlling neurological disorders. At PopNeuron, he is responsible for all engineering related aspects of the company’s product line.
